Performance by Donations
Oddments Theatre Company is a full time Christian theatre company with its heart in missions. We run on a faith basis and we accept bookings by donation. To aid you we have published suggested minimum donations along with the real cost of the event. Any donation above this is reinvested in the group and helps us to provide an income for the team. This applies to non-paying audiences only.

Longer Church Missions
The Oddments team are also available for longer church missions and are also charged on a donation basis.

Childrens Productions for school/messy church/childrens events
Currently we have two childrens productions retelling the stories of Moses, and of David's battle against Goliath. Each production is 20 minutes of fast moving drama with fun props and song. You can book these as a single/combined production. (These prices apply to a non-paying audience)

Youth Programme
Our youth programme has been crafted to suit ages 11-18. The programme can be either a 20 - 35 minute performance, or a 20 minute performance followed by a 40 minute drama workshop.

Prison Outreach
On average, prison outreaches cost £250. The majority of these can be funded by our 'Friends of Oddments' scheme. If you are a chaplin, please contact us to discuss the opportunity of visiting your prison.
Prison Education
We have developed a programme to be part of the education section in prisons. These pragrammes can be adapted to the education needs. In these, we use drama to explore either social or Christian issues. The subsidised cost is £175 a day.
Booking Us
After booking oddments we will reserve you the date you require and ask you to confirm this by email within a few days. We will then send you a booking form to complete - this will help us find out more details about your requirements and the performance space available.
Booking session
Please bear in mind if your event is one hour of performance it will be booked as one half day session, this allows time for setting up and packing down. Travel time over one hour each way will need to be included into the hours we work for you.

Terms and Conditions
Cancellation Policy
Oddments Theatre Company does not require a deposit to confirm the booking.
However, because booking space is at a premium and events are planned up to a year in advance we do have a cancellation policy. If in the unlikely event you need to cancel the event within three months of the performance date, we would ask you to pay the following:

| Within 6 weeks | £150 |
Within this period we would have worked on your programme and planned the income from your event into our budget. The revenue from church performances enables us to provide food for the team and fund development of our prison missions. As churches usually plan months in advance it would be very unlikely that we would be able to re-schedule this date.
(To date we have had only one church cancellation in 30 years)
Friends of Oddments
If suitable, we would also like to ask for an opportunity to set up a display and promote 'Friends of Oddments'. We ask this at every event in order to gain support for our prison work. Again, please let us know if you would like to discuss this.
Food
Depending on the start time of an event and when we are scheduled to perform, we may ask whether you are able to provide the team with food and drink. This will be discussed according to the event planned.
Sound
If you have a sound system that we could use/link our own radio mics to, this would be beneficial because it saves a lot of setting up time, although we do have our own system we could bring if need be. Are you able to provide a confident sound person to oversee and operate the sound on the event?
The Space
Before a performance we will require a certain amount of time to set up and assure we're prepared, so if we could be in the space approximately 1hr 30mins before the performance this would benefit us greatly. Please let us know if this would be a problem to you. (Time to set up may vary depending on the type of booking)
