Team House

 We believe quality of life is fundamental to the wellbeing of the team and Oddments has a team house to give everyone the opportunity to have a comfortable life outside of working hours. The house has four bedrooms; a large shared room on the ground floor and three individual rooms upstairs. There is a bathroom on the top floor and shower and toilet facilities on the ground floor.  Currently we have the females in the upstairs rooms and the males downstairs. There is a large lounge to relax in with a wood burner and a DVD player. The house currently has wireless internet (this is on a yearly contract and can be renewed dependant on a small monthly fee of around £6 from each team member).

The team are given a monthly budget for food to manage and all take it in turns to cook the evening meal. It is possible for the team to apply for housing allowance (this years’ application was successful so it is highly likely that the allowance will be available for future teams). This money will go towards rent and bills. If for some reason the allowance is not available, an alternate means of paying for living costs will be arranged.
